Ray is the broker/owner of Ray DiFruscio Associates, which he established in May 1976 serving San Mateo County. Prior to that he was manager of Foster City Properties. He began his Real Estate Career in 1974 packaging junior loans. Previous to real estate, he was Vice President of Operations for Straube Associates; a Menlo Park based Electronic Manufacturers Representative.

Major emphasis is in the area of residential real estate investment & partnerships with full professional services including sales, financing assistance, leasing, property management, repairs and remodeling. He personally handled small repairs in the past and has a working knowledge of the property. Presently, he manages in excess of 20 million dollars worth of properties with owners/investors residing in the distant countries of England, Germany & Saudi Arabia. He has consummated a number of partnerships in the past where he was an active partner. He personally emphasizes integrity, detail, and quality of work. His motto is "We Get It Done from Start to Finish". He is a trained mediator and has volunteered for three years with the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center which a non profit organization is serving San Mateo County in various ways including landlord/tenant disputes. He also completed an arbitration-training course and is a member of the National Panel of Consumer Arbitrators.

Ray consults in the areas of sales, financing, and property management and was an active broker in junior real estate financing. He has been a guest lecturer at De Anza and Foothill Colleges.

Education: Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from Northeastern University with an underlying degree in Electronic Engineering. He has since done postgraduate work in real estate law, finance, and syndication at local colleges and received a Real Estate Certificate from the College of San Mateo.

Ray served two terms as President of the Foster City Chamber of Commerce and six years on the Chamber board of Directors.
